George Philippides

Executive Chairman

George is our founder. He focuses on our growth and development. He has been advising private and corporate clients originating from all over the world. George is particularly active in advising multinationals on large-scale projects, strategy and risk management, acquisitions, corporate governance, joint-ventures and international tax planning. He frequently advises large and smaller clients on how to restructure, rationalise and optimise resources and profits.

He has written numerous articles on professional issues especially regarding tax planning opportunities and the advantageous use of double tax treaties. George is a Chartered Accountant, qualified in London, and he holds an honours degree from the London School of Economics. He is also actively involved with professional institutes including the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA) and the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
