Ioannis Charalambides
Non Executive Director
Ioannis C. Charalambides is a non-executive director at One Plus Capital (OPC) Ltd. Due to his knowledge and extensive experience of the financial sector and the banking industry he is able to contribute to the company’s supervision. As a non-executive director, he is responsible to audit and confirm significant reports and monitor the operations of the organization. Also, he attends all executive meetings and gives his expert judgment on different issues relating to OPC Ltd.
Ioannis held several important positions in his professional career. Amongst others, he worked as an auditor and finance director for KPMG, both in Cyprus and Greece, and also served as a treasurer for CYTA (Cyprus Telecommunications Authority) being responsible of all financial operations of the organization. Since 2011, he holds the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ICC Group, a business consulting company.
Ioannis holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance. He is also a Fellow Member of the Certified Financial Consultants Association, a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.
